"Apparently there was a mistake on my insurance on the corporate side. It caused the tag Office to send me a letter. I call the Sandoval office and the representative got to work in it right away. Within minutes the issue was resolved and the letter was voided by the tag Office. Alex was very friendly and got everything done at once."
