Office Manager – Insurance Agency (In Person, Roswell, GA)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
We are seeking a driven, organized, and bilingual Office Manager to lead daily operations at our in person
insurance agency in Roswell, GA. This role oversees a team of 7 employees and ensures the office runs
smoothly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer service and production goals.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations and ensure a professional, clientready environment
• Lead, coach, and support a team of 7 employees
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, and 1:1 performance checkins
• Oversee scheduling, PTO, workload distribution, and accountability
• Meet with customers in person to review coverage, explain policies, and present multiline and life
insurance solutions
• Support sales, retention, and crossselling initiatives
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and clarity
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and secure handling of sensitive information
• Train team members on systems, processes, and insurance best practices
�� Required Qualifications
• Property & Casualty license
• Life and Health license
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience with multiline insurance (auto, home, renters, umbrella, life, health)
• Strong understanding of underwriting, quoting, and carrier processes
• Proven experience managing or leading a team
• Bilingual English and Spanish (fluent)
• • Strong computer skills (CRM/AMS systems, carrier portals, spreadsheets)

Base salary from $70K- $90K depending on experience plus annual bonus based on results
Compensation $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
